Section, Pub. L. 100–89, title I, § 106, , 101 Stat. 668, which repealed the Tiwa Indians Act (Pub. L. 90–287, , 82 Stat. 93, providing the tribe’s designation and transferring responsibility for the tribe to the State of Texas), was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
