There are authorized to be appropriated to the United States Anti-Doping Agency—

1. (1) for fiscal year 2014, $11,300,000;
2. (2) for fiscal year 2015, $11,700,000;
3. (3) for fiscal year 2016, $12,300,000;
4. (4) for fiscal year 2017, $12,900,000;
5. (5) for fiscal year 2018, $13,500,000;
6. (6) for fiscal year 2019, $14,100,000; and
7. (7) for fiscal year 2020, $14,800,000.
