1. (a) In general

   1. (1) Technical assistance and agreements With respect to any grant recipient or other organization, the Administrator may—

      1. (A) offer technical assistance and training; and
      2. (B) enter into contracts and cooperative agreements.
   2. (2) Coordination of programs The Administrator may facilitate the coordination of programs between a grant recipient and other organizations and entities.

2. (b) Training The Administrator may provide training to any representative designated by a grant recipient in—

   1. (1) coalition building;
   2. (2) task force development;
   3. (3) mediation and facilitation, direct service, assessment and evaluation; or
   4. (4) any other activity related to the purposes of the Program.
