16 U.S.C. § 558b

Definition of Secretaries

In this Act, the term “Secretaries” means each of—

  1. (1) the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service; and
  2. (2) the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
