G, title IV, § 429, , 128 Stat. 345, which related to the American Battlefield Protection Program, was repealed in part and omitted in part. Subsec. (a) was omitted from the Code following the enactment of Title 54, National Park Service and Related Programs, by Pub. L. 113–287, , 128 Stat. 3094. Subsecs. (b) and (c) were repealed and reenacted as sections 308101 to 308103 of Title 54 by Pub. L. 113–287, §§ 3, 7, , 128 Stat. 3233, 3234, 3272.
