In addition to amounts otherwise made available for high-end computing, there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this subchapter—

1. (1) $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2005;
2. (2) $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2006; and
3. (3) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2007.
