1. (a) In General. Unless these rules provide otherwise, when notice is to be given, the court must designate:

   1. (1) the deadline for giving it;
   2. (2) the entities to whom it must be given; and
   3. (3) the form and manner of giving it.
2. (b) Combined Notices. When feasible, the court may order notices under these rules to be combined.
