The University may not be closed.

2016—Pub. L. 114–328, § 724(c), struck out “(a) Closure Prohibited.—” before “The University” and struck out subsec. (b). Prior to amendment, text of subsec. (b) read as follows: “During the five-year period beginning on , the personnel staffing levels for the University may not be reduced below the personnel staffing levels for the University as of .”
