1. (a) The lender or holder may correct a failure to comply under Section 50(a)(6)(Q)(x)(a) - (e), on or before the 60th day after the lender or holder receives the notice from an owner, if the lender or holder delivers required documents, notices, acknowledgements, or pays funds by:

   1. (1) placing in the mail, placing with other delivery carrier, or delivering in person the required documents, notices, acknowledgements, or funds;
   2. (2) crediting the amount to borrower's account; or
   3. (3) using any other delivery method that the borrower agrees to in writing after the lender or holder receives the notice.
2. (b) The lender or holder has the burden of proving compliance with this section.
