Savings Clause and Severability

The Finance Commission and Credit Union Commission intend that each provision of this rule is consistent with Chapter 2001, Government Code. The provisions of this rule are severable. If any provision of this rule is determined to be inconsistent with Chapter 2001, Government Code or otherwise invalid, all valid provisions that are severable from the invalid part.
