Whenever the commissioner designates the purchase of additional offices and/or assets by an association from another association to be a supervisory purchase, the sections relating to the contents of applications for additional offices and the findings necessary for approval, §§53.3-53.8 of this title (relating to Additional Offices), shall not be applicable, and such purchase shall be effected pursuant to §53.10 of this title (relating to Designation as Supervisory Sale).
