(a) The charges for copies of public records of the ATPA will be the charges established by the General Services Commission, codified at 1 TAC §§111.61-111.70 (cost of copies of open records).
(b) The ATPA may waive or reduce a charge if it determines that waiver or reduction is in the public interest.
