Each criminal and juvenile justice agency receiving funds from the ATPA, or that benefits from funds awarded by the ATPA to another agency must, as a condition precedent to any grant award, comply fully with reporting requirements of the Texas Uniform Crime Reporting Program, Department of Public Safety.
