Appeal of Termination of Grant

- (a) A grantee may appeal the termination of a grant by writing to the executive director of the Automobile Theft Prevention Authority (ATPA) within 10 days from the date of the suspension or termination notification.
- (b) The grantee may submit written documentation in support of the appeal.
- (c) The executive director of the ATPA shall consider any documentation submitted by a grantee in support of an appeal.
- (d) The decision of the executive director of the ATPA and the ATPA members concerning an appeal of a termination shall be final unless overturned by a court of competent jurisdiction.
