Each grantee shall submit financial, progress, and inventory reports in accordance with the instructions provided by the Automobile Theft Prevention Authority (ATPA). All reports shall be submitted in accordance with the prescribed ATPA forms for such reports. Financial and inventory reports must be signed by the financial officer. Progress reports must be signed by the project director. Inventory reports are to accompany the final financial report.
