1. (a) If the license holder intends to conduct business at more than one location within the same county, the applicant must:

   1. (1) notify the department no later than 10 days before opening the additional location to amend the license to add an additional location;
   2. (2) acknowledge that the additional location, at the time of submitting the amendment, is and will remain in compliance with all ordinances and rules of the municipality or county for the additional location and board rules; and
   3. (3) obtain approval from the department before conducting business at the additional location.

2. (b) If the license holder intends to relocate its business to a new location within the same county, the license holder must:

   1. (1) notify the department no later than 10 days before opening the new location to amend the license to add a new location and remove the existing location from the department's records;
   2. (2) acknowledge that the new location, at the time of submitting the amendment, is and will remain in compliance with all ordinances and rules of the municipality or county for the new location and board rules; and
   3. (3) obtain approval from the department before conducting business at the new location.
3. (c) A license holder must notify the department in writing within 10 days of the closing of a business location.
