A dealer that lists its dealership for lease or sublease to mitigate damages in accordance with Occupations Code, §2301.4651(e) is required to list for lease or sublease:

1. (1) the entire real property if the termination or discontinuance effectively terminates all line-makes and all franchises for the entire dealership; or
2. (2) only that portion of the real property associated with the terminated line-make or franchise, if the termination or discontinuance does not affect all line-makes and all franchises of the dealership.
