SBE Overall Goals

(a) The executive director will establish overall annual SBE contracting goals for the department based on the availability of certified SBEs and an estimation of SBE opportunities in the contracts that will be entered into in the year.
(b) The department will make a good faith effort to meet or exceed the annual goal.
