- (a) The department will periodically establish overall DBE and HUB participation goals. The goals will be published in the Texas Register and other media as appropriate. Individual contract goals will be established to achieve the overall goal.
- (b) The provider will meet the specified goal for DBE/HUB participation or, at a minimum, provide written documentation of a good faith effort toward meeting the goal.
