- (a) The bank consists of the separate subaccounts specified in this section.
- (b) The bank contains a highway subaccount and a transit subaccount, each of which may be capitalized with federal funds or a combination of state and federal funds.
- (c) The commission may create additional subaccounts capitalized with state funds only. Additional subaccounts capitalized with state funds only are not subject to the federal act.
