Medical Examination

(a) After a conditional job offer is made and accepted, the department will require that the applicant pass a medical examination to verify that the applicant is able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
(b) The department will designate practicing physicians to make the physical examination of applicants.
