Transportation Code, §201.801, requires the department to make information available to the public and appropriate state agencies describing its complaint resolution process. The sections under this subchapter prescribe the policies and procedures by which complaints may be filed, resolved, and recorded, and by which the department will notify consumers and service recipients of its complaint process.
