- (a) Each vessel shall be provided with life jackets in sufficient quantity for the crew and for the maximum number of passengers allowed.
- (b) Smoking shall be prohibited on the car deck. Peddling or selling papers or other items is forbidden on board the ferries and within 1,000 feet of the ferry landings. Also, no loitering or hitchhiking will be allowed within 1,000 feet of the ferry landings.
