There shall be no priorities, one vehicle over another on the ferries, except in the following listed circumstances:
- (1) ambulances when carrying or on call to sick or injured persons;
- (2) cars carrying sick or injured persons;
- (3) doctors, when actually on call;
- (4) funeral processions;
- (5) peace officers, when actually engaged in the performance of urgent official duty; and
- (6) United States mail cars or trucks when actually engaged in the performance of their official duty.
