Any relocatee, as a result of the acquisition of right-of-way for a highway project, is eligible to receive payment for the reasonable expenses of relocating himself, his business and/or his personal property when he has satisfied the eligibility requirements. There are no limitations on the distance of move, the number of moves, or the number of places a relocatee can move his displaced property; however, unless it is determined to be in the public interest to waive one or more of the provisions, payment will be limited to one move to one location for a distance not to exceed 50 miles.
