- (a) The district shall hold one or more MAPOs when a project requires detours, a minimal amount of right-of-way acquisition, or temporary construction easements.
- (b) The district shall hold a MAPO when a minor location or design revision occurs after the environmental document has been approved and the public involvement requirements have been completed.
(c) The affected property owners include:
- (1) property owners adjacent to the project; and
- (2) other affected property owners (e.g., a business or governmental entity that may be affected).
- (d) The district shall maintain the administrative record of a MAPO and forward a summary to the environmental division.
