Any party may represent himself or herself, or may be represented by an attorney authorized to practice law in the State of Texas, or by a bona fide full-time employee. A corporation, partnership or association may appear and be represented by any bona fide officer, partner or full-time employee. The hearing officer may require any person appearing in a representative capacity to provide such evidence of authority as the hearing officer deems necessary.
