Appointment of ADR Coordinator

(a) In the absence of an ADR Coordinator, the chairman shall appoint one as soon as practicable.
(b) The ADR Coordinator shall, as soon as practicable after appointment, complete the minimum training standards set forth in the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, §154.052.
