Duties and Responsibilities of Chairman, Executive Secretary, and Assistant Executive Secretary

- (a) The chairman of the board may delegate any of the chairman's nondiscretionary responsibilities to the executive secretary and the assistant executive secretary, including the execution of veterans' purchase contracts, easements, and deeds when loans are paid in full.
- (b) The assistant executive secretary may perform any of the duties of the executive secretary, when and as requested by the chairman or executive secretary.
