In addition to the fees cited in this chapter, the board is authorized and required to collect the following fees when they are applicable:

1. (1) fee for each appraisal--$120;
2. (2) contract of sale and purchase transfer fee for each transfer--$140;
3. (3) mineral lease service fee for each lease executed by the purchasers--$100;
4. (4) reappraisal fee, when required by the board--$120;
5. (5) fee for servicing and filing each easement--$40;
6. (6) service fee for each contract of sale and purchase--$70;
7. (7) fee for homesite, severance deed, or pay-in-full deed--$80;

8. (8) fee for reinstatement of a forfeited account:

   1. (A) if forfeited for the first time--$25 for each month (or any portion thereof) the account has been in a forfeited status;
   2. (B) if forfeited for the second time--$50 for each month (or any portion thereof) the account has been in a forfeited status;
   3. (C) if forfeited for the third time (and thereafter)--$250 for each month (or any portion thereof) the account has been in a forfeited status; and
9. (9) fee for processing a veteran's loan application, including administrative costs and legal expenses--$375;
10. (10) fee for title examination, including preparation of deed to convey title of land from the seller to the board or reviewing proposed deed submitted for approval--$75;
11. (11) returned check fee--$15;
12. (12) application packet fee--$25;
13. (13) forfeited land sale bid fee--$25;
14. (14) mineral lease assignment fee--$25.
