Assistive Technology Devices

(a) Assistive technology devices are purchased only after evaluation of the customer's need. Simple and less expensive alternatives must be considered first.
(b) The customer must return to the Vocational Rehabilitation Division any assistive technology device no longer needed for training, employment, or pursuit of employment.
