1. (a) DRS may provide post-employment services to consumers who have been determined rehabilitated in order to maintain or strengthen the consumer's employment.
2. (b) Post-employment services are services that are necessary for the consumer to maintain, regain, or advance in an employment outcome that is consistent with the consumer's strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice.
