1. (a) DRS, as appropriate to the vocational rehabilitation needs of each eligible person, provides goods and services necessary to render a consumer employable, subject to certain limitations prescribed in this subchapter and application of Divisions 4 and 5 of this subchapter (relating to Consumer Participation; and Comparable Benefits).
2. (b) Services are provided only when planned in advance and contained in the consumer's individualized plan of employment (IPE).
