1. (a) The grant recipient shall serve as fiscal agent, administer the contract, and in cooperation with the private partner submit financial and performance reports to the Commission.
2. (b) The grant recipient shall maintain fiscal data needed for independent verification of expenditures of funds received for the customized job training project for three years after the termination of the contract.
3. (c) All requests for contract amendments must be made in writing by the grant recipient. Contract amendments must be written and must be executed by the Director before the implementation of a change to the contract.
