The Agency may impose any or all of the following limitations on the funds awarded under any specific grant:

1. (1) a limit of $500,000 for training projects;
2. (2) a limit of 10 percent of the grant award for the allowable purchase of any nonproprietary equipment required for the training project; and
3. (3) a limit of the grant award for administrative costs related to direct training needs, as defined in the grant contract.
