1. (a) If a party does not appear for an Agency hearing, the party has the right to request a reopening of the hearing within 14 calendar days from the date the Agency decision is mailed.
2. (b) The motion shall be in writing and detail the reason for failing to appear at the hearing.
3. (c) The hearing officer may schedule a hearing on whether to grant the reopening.
4. (d) The motion may be granted if it appears to the hearing officer that the party has shown good cause for failing to appear at the hearing.
