Boards shall offer job retention support services for a minimum of 30 days and not more than 90 days to assist:

1. (1) mandatory work registrants who obtain part-time employment while participating, or after successfully participating, in SNAP E&T activities; and
2. (2) exempt recipients who participated in SNAP E&T activities and obtained full-time employment.
