Restrictions on Lengths of Education and Training

A Board shall ensure that education and training, for each individual, does not exceed a cumulative total of 12 months. The Board shall also ensure that the education and training is:

(1) either postsecondary or vocational, and
(2) leads to a degree or certificate.
