Unsubsidized Employment

(a) Unsubsidized employment is a core activity as defined in §811.25(a)(1) of this chapter.
(b) Unsubsidized employment includes the following:
1. (1) full or part-time employment, in which wages are paid in full by the employer;
2. (2) unsubsidized internship with wages paid by the internship employer; and
3. (3) self-employment.
