1. (a) Job search and job readiness are core activities as defined in §811.25(a)(1) of this chapter.

2. (b) A Board shall ensure that job search and job readiness services:

   1. (1) incorporate the following:

      1. (A) individual and group activities; and
      2. (B) staff-assisted and client-directed activities.
   2. (2) are limited to activities necessary for Choices individuals to secure immediate employment.

   3. (3) provide individual assistance or coordinated, planned, and supervised activities that prepare Choices individuals for seeking employment, and including but are not limited to, the following:

      1. (A) job skills assessment;
      2. (B) job placement;
      3. (C) counseling;
      4. (D) information on available jobs;
      5. (E) occupational exploration, including information on local emerging and demand occupations;
      6. (F) interviewing skills and practice interviews;
      7. (G) assistance with applications and resumes;
      8. (H) job fairs;
      9. (I) life skills; or
      10. (J) guidance and motivation for development of positive work behaviors necessary for the labor market.
   4. (4) are time-limited as defined in Subchapter C of this chapter.
