1. (a) Except for a child experiencing homelessness pursuant to §809.52 at initial eligibility, before a child can be initially determined or redetermined eligible for child care services and care authorized, parents shall provide the Board's child care contractor with all information necessary to determine eligibility according to the Board's administrative policies and procedures.
2. (b) A parent's failure to submit eligibility documentation shall result in initial denial of child care services or termination of services at the 12-month eligibility redetermination period.
