1. (a) A school applying for approval of an additional course of instruction, after receiving an original certificate of approval, shall submit a complete application that includes:

   1. (1) the appropriate fee;
   2. (2) a completed application for approval on forms provided by the Commission; and
   3. (3) any other revisions or evidence as requested by the Commission.

2. (b) The Commission may require an abbreviated program application if:

   1. (1) the school has the exact program approved at another location;
   2. (2) the program objective changes;
   3. (3) the program length changes 25% or more; or
   4. (4) the school's completion and employment rates are exemplary, as determined by the Commission.
3. (c) The Commission may deny an application for approval of an additional course of instruction if the school is not in full compliance with the Act or this chapter.
