1. (a) The school shall apply annually to register representatives on forms provided by the Commission and with the appropriate fee.
2. (b) A representative shall be of good reputation and under the control of the school and is deemed to be the agent of the school. The school is responsible for any representations or misrepresentations, expressed or implied, made by a representative.
3. (c) Any student solicited or enrolled by an unregistered representative is entitled to a refund of all monies paid and a release from all obligations. Any contract signed by a prospective student as a result of solicitation or enrollment by an unregistered representative is null and void and unenforceable.
