The Commission may impose penalties or sanctions for violations of the Act or this chapter, including:

1. (1) collecting a late renewal fee from the school;
2. (2) denying the school's application for a certificate of approval;
3. (3) revoking the school's certificate of approval;
4. (4) placing restrictions on the school's certificate of approval;
5. (5) denying, suspending, or revoking the registration of the school's representatives;
6. (6) filing a claim against the school's surety bond;
7. (7) collecting a late refund penalty from the school;
8. (8) assessing an administrative penalty;
9. (9) applying for an injunction against the school;
10. (10) asking the Attorney General to collect a civil penalty from any person who violates the Act or this chapter;
11. (11) ordering a peer review of the school;
12. (12) revoking a program approval;
13. (13) denying a program approval;
14. (14) requiring full or partial refunds to students for program violations or deficiencies;
15. (15) suspending the admission of students to the school;
16. (16) charging the school an investigation fee to resolve a complaint against the school; and
17. (17) charging the school interest and penalties on late payments of fee installments.
