An AEL grant recipient shall ensure that essential program components are provided, as outlined in the grant application for statewide AEL funds, which include:
- (1) Adult education;
- (2) Literacy;
- (3) Workplace adult education and literacy activities;
- (4) Family literacy activities;
- (5) English language acquisition services;
- (6) Integrated English literacy and civics education;
- (7) Workforce preparation activities, which includes digital literacy skills;
- (8) Integrated education and training;
- (9) Assessment and guidance services related to paragraphs (1) - (8) of this section; or
- (10) Collaboration with multiple partners in the community to expand the services available to adult learners and to prevent duplication of services.
