In accordance with the Act, the comptroller establishes the Jobs and Education for Texans (JET) Grant Program which shall be administered pursuant to the Act and the rules in this chapter to award grants from the JET fund for the development of new career and technical education programs at public junior colleges and public technical institutes that meet the requirements of Education Code, §134.006.
