1. (a) TWC Advisory Committee meetings shall be conducted in accordance with open meetings requirements pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
2. (b) The responsibility for posting the meetings pursuant to the open meetings requirements of Texas Government Code, §551.044, will be carried out by the Agency's executive director, or designee.
3. (c) The responsibility for preparing and keeping the minutes pursuant to the open meetings requirements of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter B, will be carried out by the Agency's executive director, or designee.
4. (d) Six members of the TWC Advisory Committee shall be present to constitute a quorum for the purpose of conducting business.
5. (e) Any advice, recommendations, or reports made by the TWC Advisory Committee must be approved by five members of the TWC Advisory Committee.
