In addition to the definitions found in §800.2, the following words or terms when used in this subchapter shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Contract Service Providers--An entity other than a vendor as defined in the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133 engaged to provide goods, services, or both under a contract with a subrecipient or other provider of services pursuant to an executed contract that is funded with funds administered by the Agency.
2. (2) Subrecipient--An entity other than a vendor as defined in the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133 receiving funds through a direct contract with the Agency. Boards are subrecipients.
