1. (a) When APS staff validates an allegation that a client is a victim of family violence as specified in Texas Family Code, §71.004, APS staff:

   1. (1) documents that the client is a victim of family violence; and
   2. (2) provides the client with written information in the client's preferred language, as available, concerning community services.
2. (b) Statistical compilations of the documented findings are included in DFPS's annual report.
