The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (TDPRS) provides services to an eligible child and/or his family under the Title IV-A Emergency Assistance Program as determined necessary and appropriate and as authorized by TDPRS. Service provision is limited to a period not exceeding 12 months in any 12-month period for each family.
